Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — Your Rights

Under the Australian Consumer Law, consumers have non-excludable statutory guarantees for services and goods. These may include acceptable quality, fitness for purpose and services rendered with due care and skill.

Falomer acknowledges these rights. Nothing in our terms seeks to restrict or exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the ACL.

Quality materials

If you believe supplies or workmanship do not meet ACL guarantees, contact us promptly at falomer@hotmail.com or call +61 43 729 05 18. We will assess and seek to resolve the issue in accordance with ACL obligations.

Warranty, Materials & Timeframes

Falomer offers workmanship warranties and complies with manufacturer warranties for materials where applicable. Warranty periods vary by service and product.

Service / Item Typical Warranty Notes
Painting — Interior 2 years (workmanship) Manufacturer coating warranties may be longer
Flooring Installation 1–5 years Depends on product and substrate
Drywall & Fitout 2 years Excludes damage from impact or neglect

Key Clauses — Quick Reference

To the extent permitted by law, Falomer's liability for loss or damage arising from services is limited to re-supply of services or payment of the cost of re-supply. This does not affect consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under ACL.

Payment terms are as stated in written quotes or contracts. Deposits may be required. Late payments may attract fees and suspension of works.
